This is a DOUBLE DEPTH + LID version of my standard coin tray for slim/minimalist (cough, Ridge, cough) wallets. [This was a customer request].

For this version I designed a lid, and also added indents in the side of the coin try to allow easy removal of the lid. It is a friction fit lid with a reasonably small amount of resistance. I didn't want to have to pry it off...

Other than the lid and indents, this is the same as my normal coin tray, only twice as deep. It can now fit anything up to 6mm thick, e.g. two £1 coins on top of each other will fit in here (without felt. With felt, it's slightly too small to close the lid with two £1s on top of each other. If that's what you wanted to do, let me know and I can make a slightly deeper one. But for now I don't want to make it chunkier by default).

It might make your streamlined wallet slightly less streamlined... but it adds a lot more storage!

If you like (reasonably) thin card wallets, but also want somewhere to store change, a key, SD cards, even a folded up note? This tray, or one of my other options, is the solution.

I offer this tray in two versions, one simply PLA, and the other with a black felt lined bottom. The felt significantly cuts down on noise of sliding items in the tray, also In my tests, the felt reduces the movement of items, and therefore cuts down noise even more!

Oddly the lid takes almost as much time to print as the main tray.
